Purchasing a Product

Purchasing process from the mybagcity website is simple and only need a several steps.
Simply choose from "category" and "brands" to select products.
Once you have selected your items, you will be guided through checkout and an order confirmation will be sent to you.

3. Click on the product you wish to purchase.

4. Click on ‘add to cart’ to add the product to your order.(note: the currency on our website are all in US$)

5. After we forwarded to the shopping bag page. On this page, you can review all items you have placed in your bag and the quantity of each item. You may edit your order here . If you wish to continue shopping, click ‘continue shopping’. Select ‘checkout’ when you are ready to purchase your product(s) and have finished selecting items.

6. You now must fill in more detailed shipping information like where the item will be shipped, your real name, the phone number...

7. You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of your order,
You must now fill in your credit card information so that we can process your order. You will receive an email confirmation from mybagcity.

Shipping Costs

Mybagcity offer the following shipping options for delivery We use reputable shipping companies and couriers to ensure safe handling and timely delivery.

EMS Express (5-7 business days) $25.00 USD/per kg
Normal airline post (around 12 business days) $20.00 USD/per kg

The other countries in Europe
EMS Express (5-10 business days) $30.00 USD/per kg
Normal airline post (around 12 business days) $25.00 USD/per kg

The other countries in international
EMS Express (8-12 business days) $35.00 USD/per kg
Normal airline post (around 12 business days) $30.00 USD/per kg

Any orders place after 10:00am (Pacific Standard Time) will not be processed until the next morning.
For example, if we receive an order at 12pm on Friday, it will not be processed until Monday.

Returns & Exchanges

If you want to exchange or return the products, Customers can exchange products when discontent about them as long as meet below condition.

2. Customers shall claim in 3days after receiving the products.
